Meet Cierra
I'm Cierra, a certified Heart-Centered Yoga Teacher and certified Trauma-Informed Practitioner. I have over 25 years of yoga practice and am currently in my second year of training to become a certified Yoga Therapist. I offer a supportive and informative space, tailored to your needs, in 1:1 sessions to explore the therapeutic benefits of yoga. I integrate yoga postures, movement, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, and body-based practices to support the nervous system.
