If you've already explored therapy, medication, supplements, read countless blogs, and tried every app to solve your concerns, but you're still feel tired, wired, in a fog, and your symptoms are still persisting, it’s important to remember that this isn’t a personal failure or a sign that nothing can help. Perhaps it just means that each of these modalities only addresses one part of you, when you really could use a whole-person approach for your support.

I help people find their way back to themselves through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic movement. This isn't a replacement for the work you've already done, but rather a complement to it.

 

A client of mine shared that after just a few sessions together, she’s noticing meaningful progress in herself, even on challenging days, and her family has commented on a change in her, too.

 

This is the reason behind my work! While I can't guarantee permanent calm or a complete absence of difficult days, we will work on building resilience in a body and nervous system that can navigate the tough moments.

Meet Cierra

I'm Cierra, I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I'm a Yoga Therapist C-IAYT candidate and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher. I offer a supportive and educational space in 1:1 sessions and classes, integrating yoga postures, movement, meditation, breath work, and body-based practices that tend to the body and nervous system.

 

I specialize in working with anyone in need of mental health and nervous system support, especially women navigating stress and transitional phases in their lives.
