Perhaps you've already explored therapy, medication, supplements, read countless blogs, and tried every program, but you're still feeling like your symptoms haven't shifted. This isn’t a personal failure or a sign that nothing can help. It may simply mean each of these avenues addressed only one part of you, when what you needed was support for the whole self.
I help people find their way back to themselves through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic movement. Unlike a general yoga class, when we take a personalized approach to your specific concerns, refining the practices together as your needs evolve, it's incredibly effective.
I can't promise permanent calm, or that difficult days disappear completely. But together, we can build a body and nervous system that know how to meet those days differently, with more steadiness, more capacity, and more room to breathe.

Therapeutic Yoga works well for people navigating complex, chronic, or deeply felt experiences that haven't fully shifted through other approaches on their own.

Private, one on one sessions built around your body, your mindset, your history, and your goals. We explore how your nervous system responds to stressors, and build tools to help you regulate, recover, and build resilience over time. Practices evolve as you do. Offered in person or online.
A private yoga class tailored to you, without the therapeutic framework. Whether you're new to yoga or want a more personalized practice, classes are trauma-informed and designed to meet you where you are. Offered in person or online, like your favorite YouTube class, but one that listens.
Seasonal group classes in sweet spots around Austin, Cedar Park, and Leander. A warm, no pressure space to move your body, breathe fresh air, tend to your nervous system, and build community. All levels welcome, and I'm happy to provide a mat and blocks if needed. Please RSVP ahead of time.

Meet Cierra
I'm Cierra, I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. I'm a Yoga Therapist C-IAYT candidate and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher. I offer a supportive and educational space in 1:1 sessions and classes, integrating yoga postures, movement, meditation, breath work, and body-based practices that tend to the body and nervous system.
I specialize in supporting people through stress, nervous system dysregulation, and the physical symptoms that often come with it, especially women navigating transitional phases in their lives.
