1:1 virtual sessions focused on nervous system care and education. We use breath, movement, meditation, and body awareness to move through the stress response and build resilience. Offered via Zoom.

Personal 1:1 yoga classes tailored to you - your body, your goals, your pace. Whether you're new to yoga, returning after time away, or want a more personalized practice, classes are designed to meet you where you are. Offered via Zoom.

Seasonal outdoor group yoga classes in sweet spots around town. A warm, no-pressure space to move your body, breathe fresh air, and build community together. All levels welcome.

Meet Cierra

I'm Cierra, a certified Heart-Centered Yoga Teacher and certified Trauma-Informed Practitioner. I have over 25 years of yoga practice and am currently in my second year of training to become a certified Yoga Therapist. I offer a supportive and informative space, tailored to your needs, in 1:1 sessions to explore the therapeutic benefits of yoga. I integrate yoga postures, movement, meditation, mindfulness, breath work, and body-based practices to support the nervous system.
