Service Description
Tune in and tend to your nervous system with a one hour 1:1 session. I'll meet you on the mat (or chair!) from the comfort of your own home, via Zoom. We'll take a time to discuss your needs for the day, you'll receive education on the body and the stress response, and we'll engage in a practice or meditation that puts emphasis on the breath and listening to the body; implementing yoga therapy tools to help regulate the nervous system, build resilience, and tend to the stress response. This is where healing happens. Options we may explore: Pranayama (the Breath) Yoga Therapy tools for nervous system regulation and the stress response Deep Rest Tapping / EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Chair Practice Somatic Yoga Visual Orienting Body Scans Guided Meditations Visualization Meditation Mantra Meditation Yoga Nidra Mala Meditation Kundalini Kriyas - In keeping with the yogic tradition of a strong relationship between teacher and student, I'm happy to remain available throughout the week for any questions or insights that may arise. - Before our first session you'll complete a comprehensive intake form, your responses will help guide our sessions.
